Lipscomb Baseball’s NCAA Tournament path has been revealed; here’s everything you need to know
After their ASUN championship victory against FGCU on Sunday, the Lipscomb Bisons won the ASUN Tournament Championship and clinched an automatic bid for the NCAA Tournament. This will be the third time in program history that Lipscomb has made the NCAA Tournament and is the first time since 2015. Though the Bisons knew that their place in the tournament was secured, what they didn’t know was who they would be playing against or where. Singarama performances ‘sparkle’ on opening night of Diamond Anniversary
On what was a beautiful night for song and dance in Nashville, students, faculty, and other members of the Lipscomb community came together for the opening night of Lipscomb’s annual “Singarama” event. After months of commitment, preparation, and anticipation, students participating in the event were finally able to see all of their hard work come to fruition; performing in front of what was a packed crowd inside of Collins Alumni Auditorium. It’s time to say goodbye to the old, and hello to the new. If you’re someone that has been craving healthier eating options at Lipscomb, then we’ve got some good news for you. Two new on-campus dining options will be coming to Lipscomb next year. ‘Boar’s Head Deli’ will be replacing ‘Pie on the Fly’, and ‘Wild Blue’ will be replacing ‘Creekstone Burger Company’. The countdown to the Artemis launch begins again
First it was scheduled for late August, then early September. Now NASA’s highly anticipated debut of Artemis, a new Space Launch System rocket is set for November 14. The long delay in this moon mission can be blamed on Hurricane Ian and a potentially troublesome hydrogen leak, according to NASA. But no it appears all systems are ready to go. Students spend spring break in Paris
“The first thing that strikes a visitor to Paris is a taxi,” said comedian Fred Allen. Thankfully the eight Lipscomb students who spent spring break in France as part of the course “Paris as Classroom” have far happier memories of their times spent at The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arch de Triumph, and other famous attractions in Paris.
