Lipscomb women’s soccer secured a 2-0 shutout victory over Eastern Kentucky University on Sept. 18 in their ASUN conference opener. The win at the Lipscomb Soccer Complex was fueled by a dominant performance from junior midfielder Bella Carapazza, who scored a goal in each half. The Bisons’ defense held strong all night, not allowing a single goal. “It’s nothing new I saw tonight. Lipscomb men’s soccer secured its first win of the season with 2-0 shutout victory over Mercer on Sunday night at the Lipscomb Soccer Complex. The Bisons’ offense came alive in the second half, with redshirt junior midfielder Levi Jones scoring two goals in a seven-minute span to seal the win.
